A plan for sustaining or restoring critical services when normal operations are disrupted.

A Digital Workplace service that lets public officers access or synchronise their work calendar remotely.

- CDR
Content Disarm and Reconstruction
A file-security capability that isolates potential threats and reconstructs clean file content before it reaches a government work device.

Cloud-based government work laptop
GovTech's newer cloud-based work-laptop environment, intended to replace non-SE GSIB over time.

Change Request
A formal request to modify an approved system, project, configuration, scope or service. The proposed change is normally reviewed for impact and approved before implementation.
Also heard as: change request, change request form
Context: In technology and project contexts, a CR generally seeks approval to change something, while an SR requests access, support or a standard service.

Cloud-based corporate ERP for statutory boards
A cloud ERP initiative designed to standardise and centralise corporate services for participating statutory boards.

A Ministry of Defence information-security authentication card.

The Civil Service College's digital learning platform for public officers.

A GSIB work device without the Secured Email features, used for access to internet-facing and government technology services.

A physical Public Service identity or benefits card issued to eligible officers; functions and retention arrangements vary by ministry and employment status.

An Outlook data-file format that can contain email, contacts, calendar items, tasks and locally stored archives.

A physical authentication token used with older GSIB access arrangements to generate a rotating one-time code.

Whole-of-Government Azure Active Directory
A shared government Microsoft identity-directory context used for access groups, including groups used to manage access to services such as Secure Internet Surfing.

Context: AAD is the former Microsoft product name; current Microsoft terminology is Microsoft Entra ID, although government group names and documentation may retain AAD.
